THE CHABAD PANAMA EXPANSION
Help expand Chabad Panama. Enter for a chance to return — with flights and trip expenses included.

A Shabbat meal. A holiday far from home. A minyan, a familiar face, someone who understood. Whatever brought you here, there was a place for you.
Now, we’re making room for the next guest. By joining the house next door to our existing home, we can welcome more travelers, families and members of our community.
Two ways to enter. Every contribution helps expand Chabad Panama. Choose the trip you’d love to win.

A chance to come back together.
The city, the ocean, and a warm welcome.
A chance to make new memories.
And share a place that already means so much.
Family package includes up to 3 children.
Raffle entry amounts are contributions, not the price of a trip. See the official rules for travel and redemption terms.
Two neighboring houses, becoming one larger Jewish home. More seats around the Shabbat table. More space for prayer, learning and the moments that bring us together.
Current seating → planned seating after the expansion.

“You had a place here.
Help us make a place for someone else.”
Choose a raffle entry or give directly. However you take part, you help this home grow.
Your contribution supports the expansion of Chabad Panama: connecting the neighboring house to our existing home, with more space for Shabbat meals, prayer, learning and community gatherings.
The $54 option is one raffle entry for the couples package. The $101 option is one raffle entry for the family package, including up to 3 children. Both packages include flights, hotels, meals and attractions. See the raffle rules for the prize and redemption terms.
Absolutely. Choose “Just give” and enter the amount you’d like to contribute. This is a direct gift to the expansion and does not include raffle entries.
The entry quantity applies only to raffle entries. Any extra gift is added once and does not buy additional entries. For example, two $54 entries plus a $20 extra gift total $128.
Entry closes on 1 January 2027 at 23:59 Panama time (UTC−5). The draw will take place only if at least 500 valid, paid tickets have been issued by then. The opening and draw dates will be published before launch.
No draw will take place. Raffle ticket payments will be refunded in full to the original payment method, with refunds initiated within 10 business days after closing. Direct donations and extra gifts are not included in this cancellation refund.
One draw, one winner. The winning ticket determines the travel package. These rules explain the closing date, 500-ticket minimum, travel inclusions and ticket-refund terms.

The campaign is organized by Chabad Panama to support the expansion of its Jewish community home. This is a paid raffle, not a purchase of travel. For entry confirmations, questions, refunds or privacy requests, contact mendi9@gmail.com or +507 6636 8515.
Entries close on 1 January 2027 at 23:59 Panama time (UTC−5). A ticket is valid only after a successful payment and an issued entry confirmation before the deadline. An unpaid, failed, canceled or refunded payment does not create a valid entry. The campaign opening date and the draw date and time are separate and will be published before launch.
The draw will take place only if at least 500 valid, paid raffle tickets have been issued by the deadline, counted across the $54 and $101 options together. Each paid ticket counts once, regardless of its price. Direct donations and extra gifts do not count toward the 500-ticket minimum.
If fewer than 500 valid tickets are issued by the deadline, no draw will take place and the amounts paid for raffle tickets will be refunded in full. This refund applies only to raffle ticket purchases: direct donations and extra gifts are contributions to Chabad Panama and are not refunded because the minimum was not met. No processing fee will be deducted from a ticket refund. Refunds will be initiated within 10 business days of the closing date to the original payment method; the bank or provider may take additional time to post the credit. The deadline will not be extended simply to reach the minimum. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
There will be one winner in one draw covering all valid tickets. The prize is determined by the price of the winning ticket: a $54 winning ticket receives the couples trip; a $101 winning ticket receives the family trip, including up to 3 children. If a participant bought both ticket types, the prize is determined by the ticket selected in the draw, not by the most expensive ticket they bought. Each $54 or $101 payment buys one ticket. Additional tickets may be purchased. An extra gift is added once to an order and creates no additional entries. Direct donations create no raffle entries. All amounts are in US dollars.
Participants must be at least 18, or the higher minimum age required where they participate, and reside in a jurisdiction explicitly listed as eligible in the final rules. Worldwide eligibility is not assumed. People administering the draw and their immediate household members cannot enter. Travel companions may be children under the family prize conditions. A final eligible-country and, where relevant, eligible-state list will be published before launch.
All valid, numbered $54 and $101 tickets enter the same draw, and one winning ticket will be selected. Each valid ticket has an equal chance, regardless of its price. A participant’s chance depends on the number of valid tickets they hold out of all valid tickets in the draw. Additional donations do not improve the odds. The draw date, method and supervision will be announced by Chabad Panama. A record of the draw and the winning ticket number will be retained.
The prize includes 5 days in Panama, hotel accommodation, two meals per day at restaurants, attractions, transfers from the airport and to attractions, and assistance planning the trip. Flights are based on departure from New York to Panama and return. A winner departing from a more distant location may be asked to contribute toward the additional airfare; any supplement will be quoted and agreed with the winner before booking. The winning $54 ticket receives the couples package, while the winning $101 ticket receives the family package with up to 3 children. Travel and booking dates are arranged with Chabad Panama, subject to airline, hotel and attraction availability. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. Photos are illustrative.
Chabad Panama will contact the winner through the details provided with the entry and verify eligibility before awarding the prize. If a notification is missed, the participant should contact Chabad Panama at mendi9@gmail.com or +507 6636 8515. The response period and any replacement-winner procedure will be announced before the draw. Travelers are responsible for valid passports, visas and entry requirements. Any personal expenses outside the listed package, travel insurance and any taxes legally payable by the winner are the winner’s responsibility.
For duplicate charges or incorrect ticket issuance, contact Chabad Panama using the details in these rules. Invalid or fraudulent entries may be excluded with a documented reason. If Chabad Panama cannot legally or practically deliver the announced draw or prize, the draw will be canceled and raffle ticket payments refunded in full. Direct donations and extra gifts remain contributions to the expansion and are separate from raffle ticket payments, subject to mandatory law. Material terms will not be changed retroactively to disadvantage confirmed participants. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A payment confirmation and ticket confirmation serve different purposes; a payment screen alone does not prove an issued entry. No tax deduction is promised. In the United States, the cost of raffle tickets is not deductible as a charitable contribution. Separate direct gifts and winner tax obligations must be handled according to the organizer’s verified status and applicable law.
Your language preference is stored on your device. The organizer collects your contact and donation details through Unisoft to manage contributions, raffle entries, winner contact and refunds. Bank details are entered only on the secure payment provider page. Operational data may be shared with the payment provider and relevant prize suppliers as needed. Promotional messages require separate optional consent. Chabad Panama is responsible for participant records. For privacy requests, contact mendi9@gmail.com or +507 6636 8515. The final privacy notice will set retention periods and applicable access or deletion rights.
